Junior League & Tournament Talk: Unlisted?

I just emailed TW to ask them to put up an exact forum with this name (Junior League & Tournament Talk) because it's unlisted under the Competitive Tennis forum category at the top. Then, I googled for junior tennis forum and found this part of the TW forums with a direct link. This area doesn't seem very active so wondering if I shouldn't be posting here and somewhere else on TW forums?

They killed it a while back because it got too ugly and people were posting negative stuff about specific kids on here. Nobody comes on here anymore. Suprised you can still even post on it. I thought it was archive only.
