    Wow, it was intense that I am having trouble typing and my entire body is in pain. Hope I am ready for tennis tomorrow.

    It was part of health. Now whenever somebody works out we will celebrate him and through him a party for his great effort, don't you think?

    Run a few laps to get warmed up. Start with upper body, do sets for mostly all parts of the upper body: shoulders, back, triceps, biceps, etc. Then I do a lot of sets for the legs, including calves, glucs, etc. I kind of alternate between these everyday, I don't do all this in a day, sometimes I do. So it is pretty fun.
