How many times has Novak denied Federer in the biggest of moments and matches? Sure AO12 happened, but that was about it.

This Wimbledon was sweet full circle for everyone in the Tennis world. Fed may have lost his grip on Wimbledon forever and Novak finally made the other fanbase cry.

No hate at all. Cheers to the most dominant trio in any sport.

My best bet is that F's last major will be US Open 2018.

:D
Whenever I suggest that people tell me NFW because the court and balls are too slow. So, barring some change (which is unlikely since ticket sales have improved year after year since Fed last won) Fed would need a very accommodating draw for that to happen.

He will attend the US Open 2018 as his last major, but he won't win it.

It reflects badly on the sport when some guy who should be retired is still out there winning these titles

Yes, I would be saying the same thing if Djokovic were 36+.
Yeah im pretty sure it's so bad that tv ratings and streaming numbers have gone up the last 2 yrs

Maybe they should give way to nextgen and just play masters alone :(

This narrative of great players making a comeback can get stale pretty quickly

Did you notice how subdued the Wimbledon crowd was when Fed played Anderson? Normally they would be going nuts.
I think their craving for Fed winning another Slam has been satiated, at least for now

And by extension, the same Fedalovic winning 50 slams does not bother you?
It does. But at least Rafa/Novak are only 32/31 - a somewhat reasonable age - instead of 37
That is everyone else's fault, not Fedalovic's
Exactly, that's why I said it reflects badly on the tour. It's the tour's fault that grandpas with broken backs, knees, and elbows are still winning.

I'm torn, because I don't mind them still winning, just wish someone would step up. At this point I'm just going to stop wishing because it clearly doesn't want to happen when I do

I can accept the personal bias cos we all have our own but the numbers say otherwise from Tennis articles last year.
