i certainly don't think that justine can win or even come close to taking a set. maybe one or two games. but i have no doubt that she could win a few nice points...

IMO there is nothing sexist or macho about saying that roger would dominate justine. He simply hits harder and is used to returning much harder balls than any that justine could possibly produce. It would be a warmup match for him, then he'd go on court and beat roddick 4,3,4 right after.

But it's the truth. Federer has bagelled enough top quality men in his time (Hewitt, Gaudio, Blake etc) , do you think he would have any trouble routinely bagelling 5' 5" Henin at will. Seriously, if he played her seriously, she would have a tough time winning a point. I'd say she may win about 3 points in a set and I'm not trying to be funny. Justine Henin, gets distracted upon seeing hundreds of pink pigs flying around Roland Garros Stadium; so she holds up her hand just when Federer was to serve at *19-all* in the 1st set tiebraker (unbeknownst to [size=+1]Elvis Presley[/size], who was the chair umpire) then she subsequently lies to [size=+1] Elvis [/size] that she didn't hold up her hand which really plsses Federer off.

As a result, Justine goes on to win the match going away, 7-6; 6-2.

Henin wouldn't even get that many chances to 'hit one down the line' (once a game perhaps).

Federer would probably lose at most one game in 2 sets.

there are so many ways that people can and should be mean to you for saying something like this. Lets think logically about this... Federer is probably the best player of all time. Henin is good, but i am fairly certain nobody considers her even the best woman of all time. So how exactly would henin expect to beat the best man of all time, when she doesnt even win every match on the womens side. If Henin beat anyone in the top 150 i would be very suprised. They just hit the ball so much harder and are so much stronger than the women that it would be no contest. That isnt sexist, it isnt designed to be mean to the women at all, it just is what it is. That is why girls only had to hang from the bar in High School gym class, and boys actually had to do the pull ups. Anyone who has ever watched pro tennis in person should realize that the womens game is so much slower than the mens game that even thinking henin would get a point, save pity points, is rather absurd imho.

dude...tennis is a game of exploiting marginal advantages. in a match between federer and henin, federer would have not just a marginal advantage, but in most cases a fairly large one, in almost every single conceivable category. even without taking into consideration that to win a game, henin would have to hold serve, cause she sure isn't breaking fed--and when's the last time you saw someone hold against fed while serving in the 100-110 range? yeah...
