K-Swiss Bigshot Warranty?

Playing with the K-Swiss Bigshots. They are really comfortable and I am very happy with them.

Only problem is that I've only had them a few months and the bottoms are wearing down pretty good. I expect to have a hole by the 5 month marker. Does anybody know if K-Swiss guaranties the shoe for 6 months? I think Adidas and Babolat do this...

How would I get a replacement? Wishful thinking but it would be awesome....

yes, the big shot comes w/ a 6 month durability warranty. send them back to k-swiss w/ the original receipt & $5 to cover return shipping and they'll send a replacement pair pronto. i wore thru my defier rs, sent them in and got a new pair back in 3 days and i'm in CA.

i find kswiss shoes comfortable, but they aren't very durable compared to the adidas barricade 5s. i've been wearing my replacement pair of defiers for 3 months now and the outersoles are pretty much toast. it's just a matter of days before i wear through to the midsole again.

Any rules on how bad they have to be? The rubber tread is gone on a good part of the bottom of the shoe. There is still a plastic material that is not totally worn through, once that is gone I should be able to see my socks...

Thats good to know. i think i'm almost thorugh a pair within 6 months as well, maybe i can get a new one. My soles are fine, its the toe stitching in the front thats starting to come undone. Do you have a picture of your shoe? Curious how bad it has to be to ship it in

according to kswiss, if you wear through the outersole (hard rubber) within 6 months, they will send you a new pair. the outer sole had worn through to the midsole when i sent mine back.

toe stitching most likely will not qualify. i didn't take pics, but on my left shoe, the big toe area had just worn through the outer sole starting to expose the soft midsole. kswiss specifically states that if the outersole wears through within 6 months, they will send you a new pair. they make no mention of wearing through the upper due to dragging your toes so i'm pretty sure that doesn't qualifiy.

no, the 6 month warranty does not apply to the replacement pair. you are required to send in the ORIGINAL receipt when you send in the worn shoes. you don't have an original receipt with the replacement pair.

Does anyone know if this can be done more than once per customer (e.g. In a one year period). I have a receipt for 2 pair of Big Shot and I wore them BOTH out in less than six months. Since they are both on the same receipt I wonder if they will send me two replacement pairs? Great shoes, but man they wear fast!

i've done it 2x in 1 yr but they were on 2 separate receipts purchased about 5 months apart

i don't think you'll have any problems since your original receipt is for 2 pair and both wore out within the 6 month period.
