K-Swiss Customer Support is Awesome

I've bought 6-month outsole guarantee shows for many years now, and no company has made it as easy as K-Swiss to make a claim and get new shoes. I've had Adidas, Asics, Head, Nike, and K-Swiss. It's been a few years since I've had anything other than K-Swiss and Head, so I'm not sure if any of those other companies have made it simpler. Also, props to K-Swiss customer support for being very responsive.

It's basically this easy:

1. Wear through outsole in fewer than 180 days
2. File a claim within 180 days on their website (they could make this part a bit clearer, since it's a general customer service form and not specific to filing a claim). This includes photos of the shoe and proof of purchase.
3. Claim is approved or denied.

Gotta love that you don't have to send in the shoes!

Yes I used it for some Ultrashots a couple years ago, so fast and easy. Still have that old pair as yard work shoes!
