Karolína Muchová Is So Adorable. No Drama. Mentally Bulletproof.

No drama. No fashion show entrances.
No media blackouts. No mental health breaks.

Karolína Muchová just kindly comes to take care of business.

People have different temperaments. What a surprise!

Funnily enough, it's the ones called "all blame" who've won far more slams.
Funnily enough your beloved idol Roger with what you claim to be a more benign personality has less slams than your mental demon Rafa? Your point? ;)

I always find it ironic how bothered people are by players taking mental health breaks.

I hope this doesn't put a damper in your romanticization of tennis pros not being human

Muchova “bulletproof” Are you kidding me :-D:-D:-D

This is worse than even your NBA takes. Only someone who knows nothing about Muchova would describe her as such. She has so many meltdowns in her career.

If anything I would describe her as a mercurial talent than “consistent”

I like Muchova’s style of play. She’s got a great net game. She is fun to watch. I’d like to see her win Wimbledon. But she’s got a long ways to go. And as good as she’s looked today, I am not counting Gauff out.

Go Muchova!

Especially since plenty of players have taken “mental health breaks” in the past and simply not called it that.

McEnroe took six months off in 1986 to rest and recover mentally (no injury cited in his request for an extended absence).

Borg retired at 26 because he was tired of the grind of the tour. Bigger drama queen than Osaka has ever been by @Better_Call_Raul’s standards.

Boy the American commentators are always annoying with the bias toward American players. Mary Joe is ridiculous at times lol.

I really think they do it for promotional reasons b/c they can't be serious.

The only commentators who seem genuine are Querrey and Isner. I think big Sam will be saying "how ya' like me now" to Zverev if he loses.

Lol yeah neither one of them are too bias, and Eubanks is alright unless CoCo is involved, but man the rest are just ridiculous sometimes, and I’m American lol. Aren’t Querrey and Zverev buddies? I know Zverev and Isner have been friends for years.

yeah, Sam and Zev are. They just joke around about winning a slam.
If Zev wins, he can say he beat Sinner or Djokovic. Sam will say I beat peak Djokovic at Wimbledon which Roger couldn't do.

Muchova has faded many times with up and down set scores.

I figured they were. I know he defended Zverev when it was brought up about an asterisk being on Zverev’s RG win. Said only twitter and internet losers will say there should be an asterisk to his title, while fellow players will say it’s a legitimate Title run. I was surprised he said that honestly lol.

She was great today. Recovering to win after blowing a match point at 10-9 in the deciding tie breaker by falling flat on her face when she otherwise had a fairly simple volley was impressive.

Do you guys watch women’s tennis? She’s known to be extremely mentally fragile. Not emotional meltdowns, but she’s not actually steely-nerved in big moments.

That said, she’s very talented, plays a pre-turn-of-the-century style of tennis, and is quite charming in her own way. But “mentally bulletproof” couldn’t be more off the mark

Kindly compare Muchova's Stoic demeanor to her peers who have all shed tears and threw tantrums during a match.
Muchova has never shed tears during a match; only off-court.
Her mental strength during a match is a level above theirs.
