That's the '23. Karue is a pro so he got the prototype all red PJ. You can see the grommets are all red just like on the '23. '18 had black grommets. There are a new moments in the beginning of the video where his strings point directly to the camera and you can see the exaggerated teardrop shape of the '23.

He never used the 2019 VC95. Prior to switching to the 2021 VC95, he was using a Head pro stock that he was using from his days on tour. After the 2023 VC95 was released, he switched to it.
