1st, just want to say I loved seeing Kim playing tennis this morning...judging by her shots, the way she played, and the result, she appears to still have what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Anyway, what racquet was she using this morning...special edition Pure Drive?

Appeared to be a Pure Drive with a different paint job from what I've seen recently...red (stripes at 4:30), white, black, and blue (stripes at 7:30).

She BEAT Petkovic today. that means she is TOP 5 player right NOW as we speak. and she would probably beat Serena too and win the French open if she came back next week.

Settle down skippy...Petkovic had just come off the mental relief of not having to fight for her title, after the little Spanish Boy in a dress withdrew. Winning by "retirement" is always a bit of a let down, but a relief; in short her job in Antwerp was over.

Then after she won everything worth winning, she is faced with this quickly contrived "exo", on the spot, with a retired great player, whom she admires and respects (rightfully).

So what did you expect? Petko to have "killer instinct" and want to crush Mommie Kim? Get real..this wasn't!

That's exactly what I was thinking I dont know why everyone is making such a big deal about this.

People it's an exhibition!

If Sampras beat Fed in one of their exhibitions would people be screaming "He's BACK!" I think not.

Exhibition or not...regardless of the score...if you watched all eight games you saw some incredible shots and amazing touch (dropshots and at the net) from Kim. Stamina to last 3 sets may not be there to compete day after day on the tour, but the speed is still there and the ability to create amazing angles hasn't left.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPIZF2VJvrk Shot at 40-15 in the first game was incredible!

Kim is using the 2015 Pure Drive PLAY. It will go on sale Spring 2015.

Clijsters still hits balls regularly at her academy, training with male partners. Has retired, but hasn't abandoned the game entirely.

I agree. But, Clijsters still looked pretty impressive considering she is retired. I wish she'd have stuck around. I enjoyed her game. Her defensive/squash FH is one of the best ever.
