I love these things, used to use the Sampras o but these dampen more and don't fall off nearly as easily on a misshit. Plus they have lots of colors that match my grommets (blue, green Angell).

How did you discover this dampener?

Love the kimony quake busters too.
Only downside is that the rubber material is so soft that shaped poly mains eventually cut through it...starting from the upper corners

I have been using these for a couple of years now and have not thought about switching them out. I have only had one fall out my stringbed once in two years of use and that was due to a direct impact on the dampener by a ball on a miss hit.

I learned about them from a teaching pro at our club who had just started carrying them in the shop. I have used them in all my racquets from a tight 18x20 to my current ESP 16x16 pattern with no issues. They replaced the worm style dampeners I had be using for a few years and they work as well as the worm style dampeners and last signicantly longer. The worm dampeners would break every couple of months, I am still using the same four original Quakebusters on my four primary racquets after 2 years of play. I still have several backups in the retail packaging that I have not had to break into due to the longevity of the original four.
