are the kswiss bigshots durable?
They've done well by me. I rotate a couple of pairs and they both are in very good shape after 8+ months. I'm 6'2'' and 225lbs and play 2-3 times a week.
ok, and i bet you that im better than you in tennis
"the tennis show off"?
woah bro. im lik3 a 6.9 ntrp nd i play wit the pros all de time. il beet you so hard
sure ok, i play itfs and i am ranked in top 50
ok..hissy fits aside.. how do these stand up durability wise to the Barricade?
Big Shots are 50% more durable than Vapors but 50% less durable than Barricades.
They have a 6mos warranty though so when they wear down after a couple of months get another pair. Effectively makes them half price if you play at least 2 hours per week so if you like the styling and comfort they're a good buy.
Spoken like a true teenager.
I've been curious about KSwiss since I've had a few different players tell me they are the most comfortable shoe they've worn.
I didn't like them. The inside lining in both heels ripped loose about the second time I wore them. Not near as comfortable as the Nikes I switched to.
I never really got to test the durability as for me the traction was terrible. I was slipping around on the hard courts so I relegated mine to casual wear.
I use them now, as the Asics Gel 4 Resolutions were the FAIL replacement for the 3s. I went through the first pair in about 4 months and just got my replacement pair. They're very comfortable, traction is fine (not great, but fine), and they are bulkier compared to the Asics. But in lieu of other options, they work for me, for now.
