Kyrgios to Murray : Dude, you’re so much better than Djokovic, you should have a way better career

Kyrgoes is the result of so many selfies just playing fiddle and brown nosing everything
the media dishes out for their easy to manipulate consumer mentalities craving attention.
Due to these masses of PC selfie gens there is one belligerent mutant that still follows their
trends but wants to be their rebel leader by being daring, antagonistic and lackadaisical.
Pity he doesnt realize yet that in order to rag at his superiors he needs to apply himself
pretty much as they have by pushing himself to his highest mental and physical level first.
Until that happens Fed said it best, every Circus needs a Clown.

He's a bit crazy, but I still like him. Anyone that has followed the NFL would remember Saints fans wearing brown paper bags with eye holes in them back in the day. Sort of how I look at Nick.

What a weird thing to say

I get what he means, the match-up he has against them, but it sounds ridiculous

I always tell Andy Murray, I look at [Novak] Djokovic, I look at how many grand slams he has won and the results he has had and I’m just thinking … I always tell him: ‘Dude, you’re so much better than Djokovic, you should have a way better career.’ I give him **** about it all the time. I’m always telling him that, you’re a tough player to play against. But he definitely had my number on the court.

Nick Kyrgios: ‘I wasn’t as scared of Rafa and Roger as I was Andy Murray’

Kyrgios being Kyrgios.

Moving the goal post, the second favorite tactic of certain fanbases on this forum.

Your initial statement was a trolling statement designed to instigate. It had nothing to do with the topic of the thread.

There were no goalposts to move since I didn't make a claim in the 1st place, just put a different spin your laughable strawman irrelevant imitation of what someone overly obsessed with H2H would say.

Next.

:-D

Djoko fans are weird, dude won wimby and USO and is heavy fave for AO and yall get so *** hurt by nk's comments?

I'm not hurt just think hes out of line like he was with Wawrinka, obviously that was much more disrespectful on a personal level. He also hasnt shown Fedal the respect he should imo altho this was more overt with Novak. But it's more of the same with him. Yes as a Djokovic fan it sticks out more not gonna lie, however I railed against Kyrgios the most with the whole Wawrinka debacle. He has done little to alleviate claims of dou***baggery in the subsequent months and years since.

Which is what I think is the real reason why he is ticked off with Djokovic and Nadal because they called out his behavior pretty bluntly after that while Federer criticized him but not too harshly, and Murray went pretty easy on him. Djokovic and Wawrinka are also friends as far as I know.

Few years back Krgious said something bad about Wawrinka's Girlfriend.
..

Most ATP players including Federer and djokovic, criticised Nick and stood up for Stan Wawrinka..

Can't take criticism, Nick is a kid..
With this attitude, Nick will achieve nothing..

It's just a dopey comment from Kyrgios based on Djokovic having been hopelessly out of sorts on the 2 occasions they played.

Murray has more natural feel for the game than does Djokovic. His hands, his volleying. He’s not better p/greater than Djokovic, but there is this about him. Now, that doesn’t translate into results, but the players look at these things, same thing in basketball—players respect others with certain “game” even if analytics tells us they don’t help teams win as much as these other guys who don’t have as much game.

Murray has the best return ever if you highly value being able to absorb power. Nobody has ever dismantled big serves like he has: Ivo’s, Isner’s, Raonic’s, Anderson’s, Kyrgios’s, etc.

Murray is also the best or at worst top two or three practice players I have ever seen, and I’ve seen many going back to the early 1990s. He goes for his FH more, his BH becomes unplayable, he finishes nicely at the net.

In fairness it's partly a match up thing; Murrays game is/was built for taking apart servebots. So it's reasonable that NIck finds Andy a tougher opponent.

Kinda pointless getting upset by what Nick says, does anyone actually take Nick seriously?

Well, yes, but I wouldn’t say it’s “built” for it, per se, but rather he has the best ability ever to absorb power and one of the best ability to read serves. He’s also 6’3” with good reach. These are gifts. I don’t think any player csn go and build his game around these things—he has to be born with it.

Didn't you know about the revelation?

We're all actually Krygios. That is why this forum is in constant turmoil.

Yeah I was thinking the same. Murray was better while they were younger, if you start searching things here on boards from those times you could see that Murray was held in higher regard than Djokovic. People thought Andy will have Slam difference on Nole as Djokovic has now on Andy. As a matter of fact I will say that Djokovic knows nothing better than any of big 5. He is mediocre player, everybody knows that. What else you can get from Croat-Serb mix than total disaster.

When kyrgios made that statement to murray about his retirement wishing him well, I didn't know HOW it could be spun into a negative, and there was no immediate negative spin plastering the news, but I've been waiting for it, and it's taken a few days for some angle to be cooked up, but LOL my faith has not been disappointed. At this point If kyrgios helped a kid that'd just been hit by a car, the MSM and the groupthinking guppies it feeds would somehow sell it as child abuse. I don't even like kyrgios, it is just fascinating to watch this sh*t happening.
This is how you wish someone a happy retirement? :-D

He recently had some social media post or two where he payed a really nice tribute to Murray. These comments don't fall in that category. Especially not when you bring up another player into it and basically call him inferior to a guy with less than one third of his achievements.

Cooked up angles here happen all the time for Zverev. If anything, Nick doesn't even get that much stick considering how big of a d0uche he really is. Though that's probably because his tennis hasn't done any talking in ages.

In the case of Raonic your claim is not valid. Djoker has a better matchup with Raonic than Murray. Djoker defeated Raonic in all 9 mutual matches and lost just two sets. Murray lost 3 matches to Raonic and Andy had big problems against Milos in several winning matches - AO 2016 SF, Quenn's Club 2016 F, WTF 2016 SF.

I'll write some important factors in which Djoker is much better than Murray. Djoker has better:
- service (especially 2nd service)
- forehand (Murray's forehand is slower than Jelena Ostapenko's forehand)
- psychic power (without Lendl Andy didn't win GS tournament, Ivan was for Andy's crutch)

That's why Djoker is better tennis player than Murray.

He cannot possibly be serious or believe that. Murray is not better than Novak. I'm not sure Kim or Judy believe that.

A strange way to praise Murray. You can do it without saying something a little disrespecting to another top player.

I can only laugh at someone like Nick, who doesn't show respect towards Someone like Nadal and djokovic lol

I hope Djokodal gets to play Nick at RG or US open, and they will make him run side to side for 2 sets until he gives up and throws in white towel...
His fitness is a joke..
Nick is an attention seeker and got a victim complex. So he says dumb things all the time. Im sure Djokodal are not upset about it.
So all in all, its not that big deal.

I usually don't make personal remarks but i have something to say abt Nick here..

Nick is that guy in a Classroom who is pampered by all teachers and seen as someone who will top the exams..
Now that kid Nick is afraid of losing and afraid of trying hard, and hence his focus is everywhere else and on everyone, except Studies..
Past few years, Nick acts as the drama queen just to stop people from expecting Huge things from him, as he is afraid of trying hard, afraid of losing Big matches...
Basically soft and weak...

Last thing he should think about is, making negative comments about the biggest fighters the Sport have ever seen, that's Djokodal..

im starting to hate this kyrgios guy. he should ****ing appreciate that he has the life he has and can play tennis everyday and is not digging holes in africa like the children ther who eat dust and clay for lunch. ****ing loser .you hear me nick? you piece of ****! get off the court clown. i mean, i was his fan but at least he could shut his filthy mouth - such people are capable of everything. no respect means war.

Kyrgios has a knack for writing memorable tributes, that's for sure. And what's funnier is that he first goes with "‘Dude, you’re so much better than Djokovic, you should have a way better career.’ I give him **** about it all the time." Then literally in the next paragraph "But Andy got the most out of his career, he ticked all the boxes, he did everything to the absolute T..." o_O

90 percent of the time Nick's just not a guy to be taken seriously.

LOL. I hope Djokovic destroys him the next time they play, and every time after that. It's comments like that which is why I don't like Kyrgios. I have huge respect for Andy as a player and a person, but how can you be a pro player on the tour and see what Djokovic has done in the sport of tennis, as well as to his toughest rivals, and make a remark like that. That's just blatant disrespect and I hope Djokovic hears this and squashes him like a bug.
Seriously, Nick should have quit while he was ahead with that emotional twitter message.

You can't criticize someone for describing his feelings. If he is afraid to play Murray more than Nadal/Federer it is how it is. He played against all 3 so he knows who the biggest problem is for him.
