Kyrgios to Murray : Dude, you’re so much better than Djokovic, you should have a way better career

Standard reaction to Mr. Kyrgios.

Murray was almost as lethal as the Big3 against the rest of the field.

He has a positive h2h against any top-10 he met more than 5 times, which is better than what the Big3 did.

Djokovic vs Roddick 4-5

Nadal vs Davydenko 5-6
Nadal vs Gaudio 3-3

Federer vs Kafelnikov 2-4
Federer vs Zverev 3-3
Federer vs Canas 3-3

I just hope that Kyrgios and Djoko face in Australian Open and Kyrgios beats 3-0 Djoko.

And what's wrong with everybody? Kyrgios and Murray are just trolling people and you all are taking it too seriously.

I like he wants to team up to play the Wimbledon doubles but if the hip is too painful the darting movements in doubles will be as bad as playing singles.

i see you cut it at mario ancic (career high: #7) 2-3;)
ok... that's not too bad!

Presumably someone else has said it, but this is banter, it's a joke between them where Kyrgios was winding his mate up. I wonder whether some of you have ever even had friends, you find tone so hard!!

All Kyrgios is talking about is his own subjective experience in the matchups in question, he's not the questioning the obvious records Murray and Djokovic have vs. the field. He's saying, 'if I had so much trouble with you, why couldn't you give the rest of the tour that much trouble as well'? Although Murray's defensive stats are a match for anyone, his offensive stats are not.

No, trust me, Nick really is being that stupid.

Maybe Nick knows what he's talking about:

H2Hs
Kyrgios - Murray: 1 - 5 (17% win rate)
Kyrgios - Djokovic: 2 - 0 (100% win rate)
Kyrgios always played like crap against Murray for some reason. I remember a match at Wimbledon (3rd or 4th round?) where he seemed to be basically tanking from the get-go. He tanked.. a centre court match at Wimbledon.. I was in utter shock. I think it was around that time where he mentioned he didn't love tennis.

And Novak played Kyrgios twice in the period where he wasn't doing well. I don't think Kyrgios has a game that matches up particularly well against ND, at least not more than others of the Big 4. That being said, Kyrgios might beat ND the next time they play. You just never know with Nick.

freak - i would throw in a factory work in north korea for 1 year. then maybe when he returned he would not be such jerk and appreciate the given things to him - he would maybe win a gs..

this positive h2h-s are not worth mentioning - he can win federer but the next day he loses to some unknownovic

I always tell Andy Murray, I look at [Novak] Djokovic, I look at how many grand slams he has won and the results he has had and I’m just thinking … I always tell him: ‘Dude, you’re so much better than Djokovic, you should have a way better career.’ I give him **** about it all the time. I’m always telling him that, you’re a tough player to play against. But he definitely had my number on the court.

King Clown saying Clown stuff lol. Dude's a joke.

Obviously he's delusional, but no one is surprised. That said, he's clearly had a tougher time against Murray because of a few match up issues, and the fact that he's probably too respectful of Andy on court since their friends.

Still, once a clown always a clown.

Novak lost to a lot of scrubs in 2017; Nick included.

But when the same is said about Federer in 2007 suddenly same people that "remember" that in regards to Djoke's 2017 laugh. It is an interesting double standard, but I guess Federer is so much betterer, that he needs to be held to a standard that is much higher than that for everybody else.

8-)

I really hope this clown gets to face Djokovic 3-4 times this season. He found Djokovic in his slump and keep gloating all the day about those wins. Most of the time he is not even good enough to reach Djokovic - so it keeps his h2h safe.

I'd love to see Nick and Nole play again too. Unfortunately NK will always lose to a random like Albot, Ebden or Sela 2nd round so they'll probably never meet again
