Lacoste AG-LT Pro Tennis Shoes

New colorway https://www.****.com/itm/1681313949...8F385F&hash=item2725697d9c:g:I9YAAeSwVVVpgXzM

New light blue colorway of the LT pros I haven't see yet. Seller on **** is a south korean racket sport store so definitely legit. When these make it to tennis warehouse I will be copping and will do an in-depth comparison to the Ultras.

Anyone tried any of the 2026 Lacoste shoe lineup yet?

Really looking forward to a review of sorts.

Just got these in the mail, definitely are short and would recommend going up a half size, gonna exchange them for that. I'm pretty sure the LG-LT Ultra also ran short. Cushion on foot feels nice and soft, seems good for impact protection. Midsole isn't too chunky, feels low to the ground. Very heavy duty tpu at the toe guard, hopefully the half size up gives some more space between the top of the shoe and the toes.

Still nobody here have tried the new shoe lineup?
With so many AG-LT23 supporters here, I wouldve expected some to have tried already.
(They are not available where I live yet)

I'd expect the opposite. If you are a big fan of a shoe, rumours of discontinuation can make you hoard up so a lot of these fans still got a big stash to play though before looking at the new Pros

And your point is?

How were people supposed to know that before it was released?
I mean they were on lacostes website long before they got released and were still releasing new colorways of 2023s even while they were launching. I didnt hear any discontinuation rumours personally. Not that it stopped people from hoarding probably.

Again, impossible to know that beforehand. Also impossible to know that the new ultras were here to stay due to the change of naming convention

Just because you didn't hear it doesn't mean others didn't hear it...

Still don't know what your point is

Commented under Foot doctor zachs video and he replied saying he had them and a review would come out just needed to spend more time with them to form a better opinion.

Love these, haven’t had a try yet on feet, because we don’t have a lacoste store here, but will be getting a pair for the clay season, these colourways will look amazing dusted ‍

These look da bomb, so I hope FDZ rates them, and hope the soles are made with more durable rubber. I’ve got one new pair of AG-LT23 ready to go when my current pairs soles are smooth which won’t be long now. Have contemplated moving away from the AG-LT line and try Diadora instead.

I was also considering Diadora lol. Have probably a month left on this pair of ultras so looking forward to fdzs review or gonna try the Diadora flys.

I really like these but durability is pretty awful. And I’m not really that hard on my shoes - anyone find any alternatives that are more durable? Hoping the pros are a bit more robust in that regard.

I asked this question in a past thread. TLDR: Cybersonic 2 is close but is discontinued. Hypercourt pinnacles but they’re a good bit heavier. But for the same exact mix of attributes I didn’t find anything tbh. I just end up picking them up on sale.

I am also trying some things alongside the AG-LT Line, and will be trying the Asics Solution Speed FF4 and the initial feedback of the Head Revolt Pro 5.0 seem to make it a bit of a contender.
I have been playing with the Kswiss K-Frame Rublo as my more durable shoe for trainings etc, and I am very pleased with it. Very durable, great cushioning and relatively fast too.

I can't get Diadora here for a good enough price to give it a go, but looking forward to hearing any other suggestions.

I just tried on a pair of these and wow are they comfortable. I don’t want to over hype them but they feel a lot like the Gel Res 8/9 from the perspective that they are low to the ground and have a nice snug fit. They aren’t as narrow as the gel res and the uppers seem more flexible.

I order a ton of shoes to try on and so far these, the Ultra26 and On Fire feel the best from a slip in and walk around the house point of view. I tend to gravitate towards stability shoes fwiw.

One of the things that is really smart about these shoes is that the slide protection is separate from the toe drag guard. There is soft upper material between those two protectors that allows a lot more flexibility and what should be less irritation during break in versus shoes that have that all as one strip of material.

Did you order the same size in the Pro's and the old AG-LT23? I use 10.5 in 23 and 9.5 in the Gel Res 9.
Debating which one to get first, the On Fires or the new Pros. Thanks

Have you tried the On RP3s yet? I much prefer them to the RP Fires with my wider forefoot. I found the RP3s to run slightly long, how do the AGLT Pros fit? I remember the AGLT Ultra 23s fit quite short and having to go up at least a half size.

I was wearing a 10 in the Ultras but that was actually too tight. 10.5 in the Pros fit great.

I liked how the On Fire’s felt but the foot bed/padding is very stiff. It felt like I would either love that or hate it and didn’t want to take the chance. Great fitting shoe though.

True to size or just a smidge below true to size.

Thanks for the reply, will go for the baby blues and hopefully the fires will go down a bit to justify the splurge. Regards

I tried these on today also.
They are definitely one of the best comfort shoes I have tried on in a while.
I'm flipping coins between the SS4, LT PROs and the CT Rally 2s.
SS4 seems to keep my heel locked in best.
CT Rally v2 has a very nice cushion and snug fit to it.
LT Pro seems to be in the middle. Good heel lock-in and great cushion.
My worry is the wide toe box and the drag guard on the toe cap. It feels a bit hard, so with that extra room, will my toes keep slamming into the front of the shoe and cause pain/damage. . .

Agree. I didn’t like the extra room in the toe box either, so I went back to the Ultra. Comparing the Ultra 23 to the new Ultra 26, the 26 feels like a slimmer, more streamlined version of the 23. The Ultra 23 kind of sits in between the Pro and the Ultra 26 for me.

The Ultra 26 feels faster and lower to the ground, while the Ultra 23 feels a bit more substantial and stable. As for heel lockdown, the Ultra is still the best shoe on the market for me personally.

I hadn't realized the Ultra's changed at all since they first came out.
I had a pair of those first AG-LTs in blue with the blk crocodile. Super cool looking shoe.
Felt great in the store and at home for a couple of days.
Got on court and I felt pain, pressure, soreness and cramping all in each outing I had.
After 3 matches, I sold them and never went back, but I always felt annoyance as to why that was b/c they felt so great at the onset off the court!
Who know, but maybe I will give the AG-LT 26s a try.

Go half size up, that could be the problem with the first pair.

When you say "first AG-LT" are you meaning the 21 or 23s, just out of curiosity? The 21s were garbage and Lacoste eventually was dumping them for $35 at their outlet stores. 23s and 26s are miles better than the very first one

Agree on sizing for these.

I thought it was the same shoe. Didn't look different at all to me, but I wasn't really paying attention after my initial experience either.
I had whatever version was the first out in the US.

I will give it a shot this weekend and try them on again.
Although, I so liked the Ultra Pro on my feet in the store as well as the CT Rally v2.
I've been flipping coins about which one of those I want to get now and have been leaning toward the CTR v2, but it wouldn't take much to nudge me the other way toward a Lacoste option.

What I want is comfort, cushioning, heel lockdown, and not too narrow of a toe box.
That last one is what makes me want the Ultra Pros over the CTRv.

Coming from the Vapor 12s, and whatever Vapor they made since 2004 (except the X), I'm accustomed to a narrow shoe and low to the ground feel, and light weight. However, as I get older, the need for cushion and comfort is becoming more evident. I think I can sacrifice the low to the ground feel, but not too much.
