Lacoste steel racket, model ???

Hello, everyone
Does anyone know what the exact model name of this racquet is and what year it was produced? The serial number is 0021122. It should not be confused with a Wilson T2000, because the Lacoste racket is strung differently (see photo). I think I didn't do badly with the stringing.

Looks like an RL.010, circa 1982, or maybe an RL.012. Both should have come with a butt dampener, frequently broken off on surviving examples. The zig-zag "super-control" stringing pattern was patented in 1979, along with half a dozen other unusual configurations.
