Laid Back Wrist-Forehand

I have read quite a few posts on the TW board here about the double bend position on the forehand. I.e where you keep the elbow bent and tucked in and the wrist laid back. They say you should keep this position all the way through from start to finish. I have been trying to incorporate this into my forehand to see if I can get some more power.

I was wondering, alot of the posts say that Federer and Nadal us a straight arm technique. I notice that Federer has a laid back wrist so I am assuming that Federer hits with a straight arm and keep the wrist laid back. Could someone explain what the straight arm techique is?

Also, on a straight arm technique, does the wrist stay laid back all the way all through the stroke like as described in the double bend position?

Thanks

well there are so many slo-mo vids on feds forehand on this board. You should watch them and that should clarify it.
