Last time Federer lost 3 straight sets

When Fed was up 2 sets, joker needed to win 3 straight sets to win. How often has this happened? I know Hewitt beat him in Davis Cup many years ago from 2 sets down.

Has anyone else ever won 3 straight sets against Federer?

Fed has lost only twice after being 2 sets up. One against Hewitt in Davis cup (probably 2003). The other against Nalbandian in 2005 Masters series final.

3 straight sets loss also include losing in stratight sets and losing after 1 set up.
There would be some matches definitely, the ones I can recollect are:
1) 2006 FO Final. Nadal won 3 straight sets after losing the first one.
2) 2002 Wimbledon. Lost to Mario Ancic in straight sets.

2004 French Open he lost to Guga in 3 straight sets.
