Lead tape loactions

I know locations for lead tape are:
10/2
3/9
12
6
or handle

but...i was wondering for handle that is not in the handle but on the surface of handle below the grip where should i put the lead tape....like if its not long enough to fill the whole length...
do i .....just put in top section of handle, bottom half of handle, or all around like a coating of lead tape....also i know it depends on me because of the amount of lead tape i need but just assume i can add as much as needed to do the leading on a racket...

10/2 & 12 will cause the racquet more Head heavy, as it will be danger to people have elbow problem i think.

I'm thinking of modifying my Prince More Precision MP to be more 'advanced spec'. I've already decided to put weight at 3 and 9 o'clock, but not sure where to add weight to maintain the balance, or even make it a bit more head light. Also would like to experiment with the increased swingweight if that's a side effect.

The logical thing would be to add lead tape to the handle, but is that added along the length of the handle on all sides? One thing I don't want to do is mess with the butt cap, removing it and adding stuff inside. Sounds like a right hassle. But if sticking lead tape along the handle means removing the grip, will a new replacement grip be needed?

What about lead tape at the throat? This won't off set the balance, will it?

you can add the lead under butt cap of racquet. it counters the weight at 12 of head racquet. under the wrap the closer to butt cap the more the balance would tilt toward head light, same as the most head heavy weight is felt at 12.
