I found my old Wilson K Pro Tour with a worn out leather grip on it, and I took the leather grip off and put it on my Pro Kennex Q Tour (replaced the current grip with the leather one) It felt phenomenal. There were no blisters or anything. I wrapped a tourna grip over it. My question is, I really like the Wilson leather grip but I have a hunch that it didn't give me blisters because it was already well worked in. If I were to buy a new leather grip, do you think this would be the case? Also, did Wilson change their leather grips in the past few years, or would it be the same one as the one I took off the K Pro Tour? Also, I saw TW sells their own leather grips..are any of them comparable to Wilson's? Thanks. I am asking because I want to put a leather grip on my second racquet.
