Leg kick on serve

After watching video of my last match, I seem to have developed the bad habit of kicking my back leg forward during my serve. My back foot travels 8-14 inches infront of my front foot. As a result I'm off at contact and I'm sending balls long.

Any suggestions on how to work on this?

This is good for learning the proper footwork for the serve:
1. Start by serving on one leg (back foot planted).
2. Progress into serving on one leg (back foot planted) landing into the court with your front leg.
3. Progress into serving on one leg (back foot starts planted) landing into the court with your front leg and your back leg kicking backwards.
4. Progress into serving with both legs.

I have a bad "leg kick" too on my serve and i'm working on it. It seems leg kick final position vary depending on weight distribution between front foot and back foot during the pinpoint, when you bend both legs. The more ur weight is on the back foot, the more ur leg position will finish in "arabesque"..
http://www.jamd.com/image/g/2477399, the more u are front balanced .. the less right leg finishes back.

Here my serve ... very bad "leg kick" ..too much front foot balanced ... but now i have a good consistency and i'm afraid to change it !! Any suggestion to me too ?

You are just pivoting off your front foot on your serves. Makes for little pace, drive, spin, or penetration.
You gotta jump with BOTH feet, get that front foot at least a foot off the ground, and explode into the serves, not just swing your body into it like a lazy person.
With proper technique and the EXACT same swing, you will increase ball speed easily by 20 mph.

Thank you reomi for question, hope my videos could be helpful to you too. On yesterday i've tried to shift ahead my balance, to have fifty-fifty of body weight on my feet before to "explode". Now i have understood that balance changes in according to the ball toss, so i will work on varying the toss deep and on balance feet feeling.

You are the right LeeD ... now i put on the ball only alot of spin , this is the matter beacuse i have a good consistency and my opponents have some trouble on odd rebounds ... but i would go ahead, and i will take care of your suggestions. My forehand is radically improved thanks TT suggestions.
