Does it matter? If someone went to a special needs school, got held back 4 years straight, and then got the highest grade in the class would anyone care? If someone went to Chuck E. Cheese's for a 7 year old's birthday party and won the most prizes against the other 7 year olds would anyone care? That's basically what Federer and Nadal are doing, don't EVER tell me about their slam counts. All more inflated than a Macy's parade balloon.

It’s been fun seeing Federer fans talk about how much the major count means and now they are trying to pretend like it’s not as important or are trying to pretend that Nadal’s do not count for whatever reason they wish to make up.

How do you figure that? Federer had MP and lost 13-11 in the 5th set against the world #6 in the QF. He's in a position to win many more Slams considering nobody in the first week can challenge him. More the fault of the young guys unable to step up. It takes an exceptional performance to beat Federer even now. Anderson had his day. Move on to the next Slam.
