I was thinking about training for tennis and how to prioritize on court practice, conditioning, and strength work. That led me to think about which attributes were the most important for success on court. My list came out like this:

1. Tennis specific skill
2. Speed/agility
3. Mental toughness/strategy
4. Strength/power

Based on this, I'm going to try to prioritize playing tennis (either matches or drills) and doing cardio/speed work. I will make weight training pretty basic and mostly focused on doing enough to prevent injury.

Power is considerably more important than brute strength for tennis. More plyo / explosive training. Moderate strength training.

Endurance, both aerobic & anaerobic are high on the list for tennis. Also, Agility & Spend are quite valuable. The analytical side, the ability to read / evaluate & react optimally or appropriately to strategic situations, is also important.

Hand-eye coordination might be higher than any of these — at the top of the list.

1. Penis size
2. <10% body fat

Oops I somehow read tennis as Grindr.

Anyways:
5 deg. closed racquet face and thoracic extension.
Well you could say probably thoracic mobility is the second single most important physical concern after that of the hip flexors. You truly do need to be able to turn and side bend freely to achieve real power on a groundstroke and the serve.

Vision - eye sight
Visual skills, like saccadic and smooth pursuit tracking, are probably far more important than stellar static visual acuity or perfect vision.
