Hi all,
for me looks like Leylah plays with trampoline racket, so crazy power and angles, do you think so ?
anybody has insights how low tension she plays with ? and looks like her racket head is over sized too.

Thanks
Mario

Agree, the mixture of ball pocketing / angles and the way the ball is shooting off the strings speaks to low tension and superb technique.

What a run she is having.

Osaka - Kerber - Svitolina is a major winnin title run on its own. Would be incredible to see her keep this going.

I don't care what string/tension the girl is using, but I am impressed by her quick wrists and her ability to flip the ball back at hard angles.

No insider information oh her setup, but the sound when she hits the ball suggests high 40s - low 50s. Not quite the loud pop Fed or Novak get with their high 50s ALU crosses, but not the dead thump of a low 40s poly either. 52 as @uk_skippy said sounds about right.

Any racket will look oversized with her holding it.

I am just curious. Do people ask these types of questions to string their racquet hoping for the same results? I'm not trying to be cheeky, I am curious.

Now I have string at very low tension. And then whomever wins the Australian Open will dictate what tension I go to next.

Most of the pro's we dealt with string between 48-55 of course a few go the opposite of this range but not many in my experiences.
