I recently got my second 4-stripe POG, which is a 'Mid Plus' and it has strangely low specs: 338g strung, 32.75 balance. My other 4-stripe that is a '90' has specs of 352g, 32 cm balance, which is the same as my Spectrum Comp, Response etc, so I assume the norm. Both are labeled 1987 copyright, and there is nothing else peculiar about the Mid Plus. This means that the Mid Plus is 1/2oz light, and all the missing weight is from the handle area (though it still has its leather grip). So I assume there are a few lead weights missing in the handle. Is this in the usual range, or an unnaturally light copy? It feels more like a modern racket being so easy to swing, which is interesting, but it may be a bit too whippy. Never thought I may need to add lead to a POG.
