Lighter Volkl C-10?

Used to be the C-9, but the company's st8iffened up that number. So what's a good, 11.5 ounce C-10 wannabe?

Been there, looked for that, purchased the Yonex VC98 Galaxy. I couldn't be happier!

More maneuverability, more power, more spin, better control.

I don't know much about either frame. Read the reviews just now on the Yonex. . . does it have a stiff feel?

I suppose i"m used to bendy frames: been using my c-9s for 20 years.

Angell K7 Lime. It is an 18x20, but Volkl 16x19s are spaced similarly in the center.
I agree.
I own both the C10 Pro and K7 Lime and I can confirm that they share a very similar muted feel. Not as weird as they are made of a graphite/kevlar composition.

@Rabbit , I like your taste in rackets seeing as it is likely I have several of your old cast offs via another TT'r. However, I checked and there are no reasonably priced used VCore 98 Galaxys in 4 &1/2 grip on this planet. I hope that racket becomes popular and fickle people end up putting it on the auction sites in grip #4 before I meet my maker:) I have too many other irons in the fire to buy a NIB tennis racket. She who must be obeyed just had me spend 240 bucks on paint and guess who is slathering it on the walls? And this is just the start. More paint, custom closets, landscaping, and on and on.

Now is the time for Volkl to do a V9 Pro and a reissue of the Tour 10mp gen 1 and 2 as well as a V Engine 10mp
or at least give us a modern update. And by modern I mean slightly lighter and easier to use, but still a players stick.

Not this like super thick beam, 69 RA nonsense. Leave that to babolat.

Galaxy Black seems to be the colour, and not the model's name.

They seems to be highlighting the colour simply to sell you a new colour if you bought the red.

Right you are, old boy. Galaxy does refer to the cosmetic of the frame. I did, however, mention the racket by model as shown in my original post.
