Line Call Overturned in Tiebreak

I was watching the women’s final in Madrid. During the tiebreak, the linesperson called Swiatek’s second serve long, but the chair umpire immediately overturned that call. So then Swiatek ended up getting to replay the point entirely, and start over with a first serve. Has this always been the rule? Is it the same for ATP?

She ended up winning the point, possibly changing the trajectory of the tiebreak. I feel like this kind of screw up by the linesperson gives the server a noticeable advantage and the rule should be changed.

Yes. That is the rule.
