has anybody been able to make this work yet?

i tried multiple times last week.
i registered
i set up an account
i logged in at the appropriate time

and my media player WOULD NOT OPEN
kept giving me an error message
something about the server.
this never happens to me.

what's the problem?
anybody else having this problem?
