StarSports on SopCast. Day sessions start at 6:00 p.m. Central USA time for me. Night sessions starts about 4 a.m. Use Direct X vid acceleration and high quality mode, full screen on the 19 wide monitor, and it's not bad. Almost like real broadcast TV.

Latest version of Sopcast has built-in record features. It writes a .asf file which can be viewed later.
