Looking at tennis' past through old TTW threads.

Before W15 semis, at least half here thought Murray would win. Hype surrounding Murray was such he was considered best grass Court player of that time when fit. He had wins over Djokovic and Federer on Grass during 2012-13 run and showing signs of the same form. Majority rated him better grass player than Djokovic at that point. Still some predicted Fed' win in four or five but there were just two posters thought it would be straight set demolition job.

And I was one of those two.

After this defeat and Fed' loss in final to Djokovic, people began rating Murray where he rightly deserved.

if you read old threads you realise how much TTW was pro-Fed. There were people saying that Djokovic was a great player, but they couldn't last because of bullying. The only one who was ridiculed for years and stayed as long as possible was Chico.

Hyping of Murray have always been a problem - Big 4,ATG and the other stuff. He is not an ATG,there is no Big 4.People who cal him a glorified pusher are right.
