Looking for a racket that is friendly on the arm like the new Head Speed MP, but more control and maybe a 18x20 pattern

So I recently got back into tennis and tried out a lot of rackets, I have some arm issues so I wanted something arm friendly, but that also performs well, as I'm a 5.0 player, but currently hitting at a 4.0-4.5 level due to arm issues not letting me hit super hard yet.

Anyways, I decided on the Head Speed MP, and I like the racket a lot, it feels really good and looks great, and the weight is perfect for my arm right now, but it just doesn't have the control I am looking for and I sometimes tend to hit balls long with this one. Note that I hit with an eastern grip and a flatter ball, not a ton of top spin.

I want an 18x20 pattern as I find more control with that, and just something that feels great hitting (like the Head Prestige Pro/MP, but lighter), not just really good like this one, BUT HAS TO BE AT LEAST AS ARM FRIENDLY AS THE HEAD SPEED MP, that's the main criteria.

Any suggestions?

Prince ATS Textreme Tour 100P - 2022

Updated with a more flexible beam construction, this racquet combines classic control and feel with modern all-court speed

Prince adds another chapter to the Tour 100P. As with previous versions, the new ATS Tour 100P combines the laser-like precision of a dense string pattern with user-friendly speed and outstanding feel. For 2022 Prince has given the Tour 100P a more flexible beam, resulting in even better ball feedback and less shock to the tendons.

Speed pro is solid, 22' ezone 98 with some lead at 3/9/12. Can't go wrong with either, I've used the speed MP and if I'm dialed in- hits massive pace but just doesn't have the control speed pro or ezone offers. 50-52 lbs 1.25mm poly works great (52lbs in this heat !)

My problem with the Speed Pro is the weight, my arm is pretty sensitive and I've lost quite a bit of muscle mass, so the Speed Pro just wears my arm out too quickly swinging it.

Have you had the actual specs of your specific MP measured? If so, and you like the pro aside from the weight, you could use the matching service to try and find one with specs (particularly swingweight) closer to your MP.

in addition to 100p, you could also look at artengo tr 960 18x20, and wilson ultra pro 18x20 for something a little more like the prestiges you mentioned, though you may end up wanting to add weight to those to boost power.

The Gravity Tour is even more arm friendly and has a 18x20 string pattern in a 305g frame (just 5g more).

The three 18x20 Heads are all plush, arm friendly but on a heavy side, Speed Pro, Prestige Pro and Gravity Pro. Speed Pro is actually the lightest of them.

Blade 98 v8 18x20. Very arm friendly, lots of control, very maneuverable as long as you don’t get an overspecced one. Great for flat hitters.

If they’re in America it’ll be tougher to source

Yes, but if you use a control string like Lynx Tour 130 in a Gravity MP, it has nearly the control of a Speed Pro/Gravity Tour, is much lighter, and has much more spin on tap. The spacing on the Speed Pro and Gravity Tour is rather generous - more than some 16X19's in the center.
