Looking for a racquet recommendation.

Right now I'm using a Microgel Instinct MP (which I've been happy with). But I've decided I need something with a) more stability and b) "plow through", which are kind of related. I'm looking at the Youtek Radical MP and Microgel Extreme, but if anyone can recommend a similar racquet that would be great. Here are the Instinct specs.

Head Size:
100 sq. in. / 645 sq. cm.
Length: 27 inches / 69 cm
Strung Weight: 11oz / 312g
Balance: 3pts Head Light
Swingweight: 321
Stiffness: 64
Beam Width: 23-25-21 Tapered Beam
Composition: Microgel / Graphite
Power Level: Low
Swing Speed: Fast
String Pattern:
18 Mains / 19 Crosses

The Extreme is pretty close to your specs. .25 inch length difference, .2 oz more, 1 more point Head Light, swingweight is 330, stiffness is 68.

Expect lots of the heavier, more stable options out there to be inherently different from what you're using now. For that extra stability and plow, you need more heft, but you also need the balance to be more head-light so that you can still maneuver the racquet alright.

I don't see the Youtek Radical MP offering anything besides more flex than your Instinct and that may simply result in more control/lower power. The standard MG Extreme looks like there's not much extra there either, but I'll bet that the MG Extreme Pro would have more of the plow & stability that you want. In general, I think that the Head models are a smart starting point for options just because the grips will probably feel more familiar for you. In my book, that's usually a plus. The truth is in the demos... usually.

I like the extra HL, but what effect will the stiffness and extra length have on "plow through"? I'm not sure what stats to look at to measure that. I'll probably just end up demoing both

i'd do that but i'm not sure what i'd have to do. i'm looking to make the racquet a little more headlight (2 points or so) and more stable. what should i do with the lead to do that? i might try it out

i've been looking around and it looks like the pure drive standard cortex is right up my alley. can anyone compare this to the a youtek radical or mg extreme? here are the specs.
