Most consecutive grand slam tournaments played (66). Deliciano peaking at 36. Can't wait to see what he'll be able to achieve at 45.
Actually it's pretty impressive to play every slam without getting injured.Yes, the most inconsequential record held by the Maestro.
So be it.

That's why it's so impressive. The odds of being 100% in all those majors are almost 0%, so this is a huge deal.I'm sure he wasn't exactly a 100% in all of them, but nonetheless pretty impressive which is why its annoying that people are on his case for now skipping slams at age 35ish
It takes a lot more than just that. Tons of talent and genius scheduling. It takes some discipline in diet, training and fitness to achieve that. So kudos to that. A better result set to show along the way would've been better though.
Of course. Agreed. It takes a lot more than just that. Tons of talent and genius scheduling.
I think even if Fed had 15 majors, I would still probably consider him the goat, just based on his consecutive streaks and the fact that he was nr.1 at age 36 and won 3 slams past age 35 and based on his versatility too and 6 WTF titles and 310 weeks nr.1.Of course. Agreed.
He has like 22 first round exits so not sure how many he was "fit" or is he just a poor player.I'm sure he wasn't exactly a 100% in all of them, but nonetheless pretty impressive which is why its annoying that people are on his case for now skipping slams at age 35ish
For a player who has never sniffed the top 10 it is indeed a great record, though. It points to a long, successful career. We tend to forget that playing a Grand Slam means you're among the best of your sport. The more GS you play, the longer you've been amongst the very best.Yes, the most inconsequential record held by the Maestro.
