- Toby stands pretty far back, leaving him vulnerable to the drop shot [which Arum took advantage of] or even just a short ball
- Toby does not use much of his legs on his serve
- Arum could use more legs on his serve also. With his height, he could have a wicked serve
- It would be interesting to see how Arum would do if he came to the net more often
- As others have mentioned before, Arum's take-back on his BH seems rather high. If he always does this, it might be a problem against faster pace
- Both could use a little more depth on their GSs, at least on the neutral shots

Thanks for the video, dave!

Interesting match. Toby seems to have the better strokes and Arum just looks like he could do much more....
How old are both these guys?

Great playing. These guys have great consistency. I would just say they need serve work, neither of them have a weapon for a serve. More understandable for the 15 yr old as he probably will grow into his body more. If the older guy used his legs to explode up more he could have another great weapon. Still they would both beat me. Thanks for sharing

Both great players. Any comments I make are acknowledging these guys are both already really good.

The 15 yo kid just needs to get stronger. Improving his tennis game starts in the gym. Core and legs - squats, kettle bells, cleans, pull ups, and dips. He seems to be getting pushed around out there. His strokes look pretty good, but he just needs more explosion from the hips, core and legs, particularly on his serve and backhand.

Akom needs to get more out of his serve. He is dramatically underachieving on his serve. It should be a monster - Godzilla. But it's not. Don't have time to go into the details here, but get him with a good coach and this time next year his serve will be a total beast. Also, he has a long and high take back on his backhand. You might say a "WTA" backhand. This is an easy fix and it will help him handle pace at higher levels.
