I went into TJMaxx this afternoon and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this...

and this...

...on the rack. The polo was $16.99 and the crew top was $12.99. I know these stores can have some good name brand clothing but usually you don't find anything from such relatively new-at-retail lines. Woo hoooo!!

Yeah, in UK its called TK Maxx and my mum picked me up a federer crew, its white with green and grey accents down the side. Not sure what year but probably around 2006.

They had these at my local TJ Maxx, so I bought them, despite my lack of stuff it matches. They also had an assortment of Nike bandanas and pairs of sweatbands ($1.99 each), as well as a couple Nadal shirts it looked like.

Yup, I get all my stuff at Marshall's (same concept as TJMaxx -- last year's stuff at a discount). Adidas shirts that retail for $40 or $45 for $16.

The only thing that sucks about getting the shirts now is that I still have about a month or two before I get to wear them on court. Oh, well. (I learned a long time ago that when you see something good at one of these places you grab it. If for some reason you change your mind you can always take it back but if you go back the next day it's almost always assuredly gone.)

We have both here in town. The neat thing is that usually they have identical inventory. I tried going to Marshal's today but they didn't have anything.

I found the Green edge shorts and green edge half long sleeve shirt green also for $38 and I got the $55 power crew purple for $17. One at Ross one at TJs and one at Marshalls, and the orange, and red nadal wrist bands for $4. All found on Thursday

Wow, definitely went to my local TJ Maxx and found both these shirts in my size and picked up a few of them! I thought I would never see the day to find tennis shirts like these in a local retailer!

went to marshalls today they had tennis polos for 20 and the shirts that bryan brothers wear for 15 and shorts for 15 and they have hats for only 7 not to mention these shoes i picked up for 25 :)
it seems they have nicer tennis stuff in the richer areas because i have a marshalls like 10 minutes south and they have almost nothing but the one 10 minutes north has everything lol.

You guys should visit Kohl's. My mom regularly picks up really nice tennis crews for under 10 bucks. She once bought me a white/blue nike crew for 3.99!!!

Yeah, Kohls did come up with their own line of Fila stuff. Have not been in to check it out.

However, if you want to find the top of the line Nike/Adidas stuff you have to go to an actual discount retailer like TJ Maxx/Ross/Marshalls. Obviously, you get the best deals at those places.

Right now, my local TJ Maxx has about 5 or 6 Nike Australian Open polos (Fed's) in charcoal color for $17. Retail on those is $65. That is an insane price difference! I love a deal! Woo!

Marshalls recently has some nice Nike Master polos, the one with the solid vertical stripe down the front, for $20. A nice pick up as well.

The high end Nike stuff comes and goes. It sometimes is gone for a while, but I do not mind spending 5 minutes and stopping by and seeing if they have any good deals.

You never know what you might find.... :)

I've seen the displays. The clothes are nice, not bad at all. The prices are a little too high for me. Then, I usually buy off the clearance rack of which Kohl's and other dept. stores regularly add stuff to. Some nice deals can be found.

has anyone ever gone to the nike outlet store im thinking about going thier to look for stuff.
yea i go from time to time they have some good stuff but it all matters if you get their when they get new stuff otherwise you prob wont find your size.
went a couple of weeks ago and found vapors v for 60 bucks but they didnt have my size. I guess you can say i was very disapointed. But usually everything their is wayyy less expensive than things at regular stores.
