So I've taken a micrometer to Lynx Tour and have pretty much concluded that their thickness is actually one up than advertised. For example, 1.25 is closer to 1.30, 1.30 is closer to 1.35, etc. This would explain why the strings are heavier to most when installed compared to another advertised string thickness.
I'm wondering if anyone has different thicknesses for regular Lynx that they can use a micrometer on. I'm curious if the same holds true for standard Lynx.
Was thinking of hybriding the two and was going to use 1.20 Lynx Tour (closer to 1.25) in the mains. On that note, anyone have experience using lynx tour in a hybrid or do you all use it in a full bed mostly?
