Review upon release

I read that the Prince O3 Tour will be reviewed about the release date. The M-Fil 200 has been released. How the TW determine which frames will be reviewed?? Seems that there isn't that much of a demand for Dunlop racquets, therefore the review can wait. I think that the "hot" racquets get the attention.
