Literally everybody, 1 thru 45. Doubt that comes to fruition, but it would be nice.

For the Masters 1000 tournaments (except Monte-Carlo, where participation is not mandatory), players are automatically entered by the ATP.
No player shall be considered withdrawn from a Masters 1000 unless his written withdrawal is received. (The ATP Rulebook, p. 7.04 A)

Without Joe Kovic it will be a moot point but it should be noted that the #1 and #2 seeds will be shifted from the entry rankings after The Nadal regained the #2 ranking with the Barcelona title.

Purple clay has less carbonhydration particle in the making of the brushed clay which causes less absorbtion of the chesthenistic properties, resulting in less slip.

You may or may not be aware of the preferred nomenclature there.

The latest recommendations are to withstand a massive dose of Thenadal™ (emphasis on first syllable) each spring, whereafter some measure of immunity will have been conferred for the remainder of the calendar year.
