seffina
G.O.A.T.
Haha, fair enough =p
Any form of plan sounds good to me anyway, I'm entirely clueless as to what to do once I graduate in a month or so xD
What will you graduate with?

I think W/O should be void personally, there's no tennis been played, it's just unlucky happenstance that's decided things. As mentioned it also creates some logistical problems

what does everyone think?
We discussed this during the first one, I believe, and it was decided that it's not any harder (and is actually easier) to pick the later matches than the early matches. But I'm willing to go along with 10/6 for the final and 8/4 for the semis or something like that.
Seconded though will this apply for retirements like half-way during a match regardless of who is leading?
Try me.Are we now going to have that cross-culture problem where we try to work out how our respective education systems work and what terminology means what? (fingers crossed a first in Digital Media)
Won't be more work at all. Same amount.i could go for this, especially with the larger draws, but not if it's gonna make more work for seffina ....... did you already mention whether it does, seff? :?:
...
My point is any Tom, Dick and Harry can tell the Semi final's are almost certainly going to be contested between Nadal, Federer, Murray and Djokovic... with the possibility of Verdasco or Del Potro causing a not all that suprising upset. Its the matches between the player's ranked outside the top 10 that people struggle with.

Man I'm pulling a Federer. Start off fast then fade quickly lol.
I know and I'm fine with the current system as well. As I said, I'm not against it either. Doesn't make a difference to me. However, I do agree what you say is fairer. In the draw challenge and such, you get more points for the later rounds because you're making predictions before the tourny starts. So if you make it all the way and still have those players, it's worth the extra points. Here, we make them hours before the match after we've seen them play and adapt to the surface.
Just a sec. I actually have to start teaching a class soon (as a TA) and have to turn in my syllabus before 4:30.
Nadal in 2
Djokovic in 2
Murray in 3
Federer in 2
Is there going to be any prediction league for the French? I think it'd be a good idea, and more interesting with best of 5 sets.
lol feel like the front seated geek @ school being copied of.
LMFAO!
Are you that desperate to win? You copied my exact same predictions yesterday, so it would guarantee we'd both score the same points and effectively mean i'd have no opportunity in over taking you and you've done it again today.
And you did it again. That is quite negativeuh oh you figured me out![]()
when am i gonna learn to follow my instincts? on the thread for the federer/roddick match, i voted for roger in 3, and that's what i was pondering changing my vote to a few posts back ... *sigh* ... buyers' remorse... hey, it could be worse, right? such as if roddick wins this third set?!
... ah well, off to see how djokovic is doing ...

Damn it, for a moment I thought I was going to be dancing in the aisles in the middle of the rafa/nando second set xD
ah well, was worth the try
