wouldn't do this as the ink will go into the paper that is exposed once you cut the design out and split the lamination and it'll turn into a mess pretty soon.I haven't stenciled a racket in years. Pretty sure all my ink has dried up by now. Some people just cut them out on paper and laminated it, then cut out the stencil on the plastic. It doesn't necessarily have to be on plastic either (it just last longer). Usually, you'll only use it a few times any way.

Just buy plastic binding cover sheets. You can buy different thicknesses. Draw on with a sharper and cut out with a craft knife. They last forever.
Of if it's a manufacturers stencil you want, try asking them. I've had a few freebies that way.

The last time I made one, I used the cover from a binder; sturdy but soft plastic. But I ruined a good binder.

I would happily pay for stencils. However, I don't feel that I am worthy enough to wield any brand logo.
That's why I don't stencil my strings.
