MASSIVE RAVE!!!! TW Customer service

i just had an excellent experience with tw customer service.

i recently purchased a racquet from tw, found it at a local sports store for a few dollars less so i bought a second one. phoned tw to see if i could get a credit as i wanted to buy some strings too. i was given the credit and placed my order for strings. everything was handled quickly, professionally and courteously. many thanks to the lady i spoke with, sorry i didn't catch your name

it's nice in this day and age of dwindling customer service to deal with people like tw.

what i love most about doing business with TW is that my orders always arrive in 1 or 2 days within the 10am-11am time-slot...never late in the estimated 20-30 orders i've made....
