Matching racquets question

So if you had 2 racquets with the same static weight and balance should the swingweight theoretically be the same or are there other factors that influence swingweight? I have 2 racquets that I'm trying to match myself by using lead and wondering if I get the static weight and balance the same will it give me the same swingweight as well. Thanks

No. SW is also based on the distribution of mass. You can have same mass and balance, but different distribution of said mass.

Strings, accessories, racket guard and even how a racket is strung can affect your game and overall sw and your attitude about the rackets in question, I know diadem makes a few rackets similar to other big names just a .1 difference and they play completely different

Quality control from the company could also be an effect as it isn't always the best this could lead to a 5-10 difference and that's bigger than you think
