I have a match tommorrow at 1:30 pm. when should i eat?
11:30 or 12pm. Lots of carbs.
I'd eat even earlier.. Carb rich meal 3 hours before and take some bananas along to the match for a quick pick up towards the end (if it lasts 4+ hours).
