I understand that. jga111 said Nole's nutritionist was wrong. I said I trust the nutritionist of one of the best tennis players of all time over someone writing on a message board.

Also, do you have a link to Djoko's nutritionist saying "meat is poison?" It's not that I don't believe you, but it's nice to see what was actually said.

So i translated few pages from serbian sites, translation is pretty good i must say.

Just because humans have been doing something for a long time doesn't mean that we should or that it is healthy. Name me one animal who drinks milk as an adult and on top of that that milk is from another animal. It's just $$$$$$$. It's a mess. And believe me, it's not good for health, it's been proven. But the governments will continue. And I am not even talking about the horrible conditions that the cows are in, it's basically hell on earth. They keep them pregnant over and over, and they are so tired they collapse. I switched to Almond milk and it's not only healthier but it tastes perfect.

Yep,there's nothing remotely natural about drinking non-maternal milk. There are animals who are meant to eat mean, and it's debatable whether that's the case of humans, but no animals are meant to drink milk a grown ups.

You know what animals are also not meant to do , fly a plane, drive a car, play tennis and one or 2 more examples which i cant remember now.
Animals dont drink milk, because they have some higher moral but simply because they cant.
Lion can get to cow and ask for some milk can he.
If i give any animal milk they will drink it , they dont care.

He is meticulously gauging the effects of everything he does, it is not just vague guess work. When we read the snippets of info in some article or interview, we just get the basic version of what he is doing.

You seemed to misinterpret what I typed, so I'll clarify for you. His nutritionists, doctors,specialists, would monitor everything and help set the general plan and guidelines(Obviously vegan nutrition plan/guidelines). It doesn't really matter who does the cooking, they just cook within those guidelines.

It would be naive to think that Shokavish isn't closely monitoring the effects of his nutrition on his body with regular blood tests etc, to make sure that the change is having a positive effect.

It is very simple, he tried going vegan and it worked, then he started promoting it as his lifestyle as he was sure that was the way to go.
But he didnt think long term effects.

Meat and gluten.
And we do know who is his nutritionist , her credentials and ideas.
Which are pretty scary btw.

Nobody has to cut out anything (unless they have a genuine allergy to it). The essence of a good diet is balance. If you enjoy eating meat then go on eating it, just balance it out with a healthy admixture of fruit and vegetables. There is no one food item that is bad so long as it is not eaten to excess. That's all. :cool:

It's hilarious. Saying **** like meat is needed for protein.

Not so hilarious .
When you take out meat ,milk, all living organisms like fish, sea food, eggs, cheese,stuff that has gluten you are not left with much.
Then most soy 90% of it is gmo, and even the ones that claim to be organic are probably not.
Beans and broccoli are really heavy to digest and make gas.You cant eat that while playing tennis.
Then cut out chemicals like powder protein.
So you are not left with much are you.

No wonder Djokovic is only guy in atp to even attempt to go vegan, not that he fully is one.

What if he went vegan and it turned out it was not so good for him, that this diet is not good for him in the long run.He wouldnt be the first one right.Its normal. many people tried it and didnt like it.But not respected guys like Novak.
He cant change that now can he.People will hold him on his own words.
He went the vegan road and there is no way back from it.

No. He's a human being born with free will and he can do whatever he wants. I mean, he'd have to walk back a lot of what he's promoted, but that's life. Sometimes you have to eat **** and grin about it.

When you take out meat ,milk, all living organisms like fish, sea food, eggs, cheese,stuff that has gluten you are not left with much.
Then most soy 90% of it is gmo, and even the ones that claim to be organic are probably not.
Beans and broccoli are really heavy to digest and make gas.You cant eat that while playing tennis.
Then cut out chemicals like powder protein.
So you are not left with much are you.

You are a nutcase. What about lentils, rice, potatoes, brussles sprouts, all kinds of nuts and seeds from peanuts, cashews, almonds. Broccoli has never made me fart. But I couldn't eat a lean piece of steak if I was forced to. When I do eat animal profucts, it's never for the protein. Much rather for the fat and maybe some minerals. Protein deficiency should not be a concern at all for vegans.

Lentils are also hard on your stomack, and cant be eaten when training.
Rice 100g - 2,7g protein 100g tuna -29 g protein
potato -100g- 2g protein 100g steak -25g protein
brussel sprouts 100g-3,4 100g cottage cheese 11g protein

This things dont pack much protein.
Human body needs 56 grams of protein daily.
For Djokovic that is 100 to 150g easy,



So you are left with seeds and nuts like a bird, but
Nuts are high in fat and are good only in moderation.
 
What about the rest lets say top 199 atp players and not a single vegan or vegetarian.
