Med let him back in it and then he got fully engaged again. this comeback wasn't just about nadal fighting. it was med mentally checking out thinking he had it won.

Happens a lot in amateur tennis but it’s probably the first I’ve seen at the pro level. Similar to MC against Fognini except Med and Nadal traded sets this time so he was in a better position to win.
