Don't think Kyrgios can beat Medvedev in BO5. Hence not a real rivalry to me.

EDIT: Maybe he could on grass. Not on the other surfaces.

Kyrgios will be irrelevant the rest of his career. Hebjust hasnt the work ethic.
Medvedev canmot play off hard court so he will never have a big rival as he too is irrelevant for half the season.
