Both have started quite impressively and I think we all can agree that these 2 are the biggest threats in a potential final to Djokovic (old man doesn’t have the legs for 7 matches). Who can give him the toughest match?

both. Whoever faces him in the final beats him its that simple.

Medvedev , not only is he getting better but he is going to vulture the field just like Federer did once this generation is too old to return.

I don't think either of them will make the final. They BOTH lack the experience on grass.

I think you need to include more options in the poll. There is literally a 80% chance that the finalist would NOT be Med/Zverev.

I think with 3rd rd approaching and almost all big bottom half bets in it we are guaranteed a decent finalist at worst but who is most dangerous can only be known once we see how each of them play the big matches coming up if they survive till then, Zverev has a tough path ahead of him 4th rd(Kyrgios/felix, Berrettini, roger/Medvedev) and Medvedev sort of easier although playing federer in qf will be a huge challenge

Federer may come out of the bottom half. Djokovic will crush either Med or Zed mentally, just as he did to Tsisipas at RG.

Out of them 2 though I’d say Meddy just. Although maybe Zverev is the better grass player but we will see. I feel Zverev is a better matchup for Novak than Meddy!

I think both have good chances. Novak is favourite but not a big favourite like he would be at Australia.
I agree with that. Med has been a tough matchup for Novak at non slam events. But somehow I don't see them making the final, lack of grass court achievement thus far. Let's see. Have a sneaking feeling finalist from that half might be Berrettini (as outlandish as that sounds) :)

I think Medvedev mentally is stable and has variety to hang with novak but Zverev is just too unpredictable can just be super tough or a cakewalk despite djokovic playing normal tennis
Thats very good analysis. I think either player would be super tough for Novak to be honest. Although I think Federer and berrettini is still in the mix too

Djokovic would beat both, maybe even at the same time with a blindfold over his eyes.

That said, Zverev would be the tougher out IMO. Bigger serve, more overall power. It's that simple. Guys that play like Medvedev don't beat Djoker in BO5.

Yeah I wouldn’t write off the Italian. He’s been playing great for a while now and won queens too. I also think Federer can’t be discounted either. Definitely not on grass anyway. I feel he can raise his game, his game is so tailor made for grass and of course has the experience.

I would have picked Med if he would have atleast pushed Djoker to 4 sets in AO. But he gave up after 1st set.

Zverev was up a break in 3rd and 4th set but lost. So mentally both are chokers....I would pick Zverev as he has the better serve and FH than Med.

Berrettini if gets through Zverev , Medvedev/Federer then surely he is ready for the big stage but can he do it is the thing
Personally I somehow feel Berrettini will make the final from that half. I think Novak will win, but match could be interesting. :)

I think Medvedev was amazing in 1st set in which even djokovic was dialed in so at Wimbledon I think with his serve he can surely get free points and you never know if he gets lucky and wins a set also Medvedev to me us maturing each day into a super consistent player on the big stage

To me of all contenders Berrettini will be easiest for novak but he is in with a chance especially if 1-2 seeds fall in next 1-2 rds

This tournament is Djokovic's to lose. He will beat Med, Zed, Fed, and whom ever else comes his way including the guy now we address as Sir. He's without a doubt the strongest guy out there mentally and physically.

Djokovic is favourite but not a lock. This isn’t Australian open. Where the plexicushion court suits him perfectly. Yeah the Italian has a good shot for sure. Djoko has never won any Wimbledon title easy and he will know himself he will have to summon his very best if he wants a chance at no 6 here. There are a few players who in great form on the grass to test him a lot including berrettini

I think djokovic has an easy route to final although I am expecting Rublev to be a challenge although who knows that matchup turns out a cakewalk for djokovic , djokovic will have a tough final opponent but it's just one guy and he will be favourite over anyone so tough to not see him winning unless bottom half seeds just do something special

Yeah rublev will be dangerous! He’s playing well on grass this year and Novak hasn’t played him before. If the matchup happens it’s new territory for both. Novak sometimes takes time to adapt to new matchups. Over best of 5 it gives Novak time to work it out and make him favourite but it’s still tricky.

Med isn't getting close to the final and if he miraculously manages to get there, he'll win 8 games total from Djokovic. Zverev also won't make the final but might win 9 games total. Med moves like a crippled water buffalo on grass, he's not going anywhere.

I think Zed has the bigger game to give Djokovic trouble on grass, but I don't think he has the mental toughness to pull it off. Med has been there done that, but I don't think he can beat Djokovic on grass...

Zed. With his uniqe physique he should be world nr1 already. Some pretty obvious weaknesses in his game, must be bad coaching or something. He moves extremely well for his height, he has good reflexes. Has there ever been a player at his height winning that many return games? Im curious, I doubt it. With his heigth he should be almost impossible to break on serve. Like ive said several times before, its because of the 2nd serve he hasnt won a slam already. His win% on 2nd serve is on par with a player ranked outside top100.

Zverev, because he can hit and serve with power which could hurt Djoker. But Zed would need to do it consistently in BO5 with no lapse of concentration in decisive moments. That's possible but highly unlikely.

Street is the more dangerous opponent on any surface, provided he actually shows up and puts his serve in the box. Problem is they rarely happens at the slams.
