It looks like the folks on the Pacific Coast will see Roddick live on NBC tomorrow-lucky them. East Coast folks will see Federer tape delay on NBC -no way NBC will relinquish Federer for Hewitt. Most likely East Coast folks will see Hewitt live at 8.
That said....it's a disgrace that Wimbledon (or Roland Garros) does not have lights. Do people take day the whole fortnight off to see the tournament in England? Why do viewers have to choose which matches to see? I'm wondering what they are showing in England.
Why do we stick by traditions that don't make any sense?...All Slams should have lights so that matches can take place primetime...and roofs for Rain\Wind\Heat...AO is the best in that regard...why the need to stick to obsolete/outdated rules

Coverage starts at 10 on each time...which most likely coincide with the beginning of the Roddick match on the West Coast.....unless the Hewitt match is quick you should be able to see it live

wait...you said the roddick match will be shown live on the west coast....does this mean that Roddick Live will be at 10 am PST tomorrow?

I don't think the West Coast will be getting the Roddick match live, NBC will air at 10am what they already aired on the East Coast at 10am. That is what they did at the French Open this year.
