You do realise that the Exhibition match between Riggs and King was played with the background of Riggs owing a huge sum of money in gambling debts at the time. Riggs was never going to win that match. The whole thing was a sham.
As for Smith-Court's "Mental Prowess", let's stick to REAL tennis, not Exhibition shams .....
Smith-Court was the first female player to win the GRAND SLAM in the Open Era. And she was the first Mother to win a Major Title.
I merely said that you would enjoy the film where the characters are stating that Court is unlike King not that tough mentally, it wasn't an argument of any kind.
And your arguments are the clips of Court's wins against Evert and King? Or that she was the first to win the grand slam in the Open Era(at the very beginning of the Open Era
