I’d rather see Nadal win ten Wimbledon’s before that ever happens.

It’s not like Alex has a chance, have you seen his “net game”? :D

Pella is still recovering form the beating he took from Rafa. The Indian kid has it in the bag.

Federer would murder him pretty much anywhere outside of clay.

Fed's negative h2hs against both Nadal and Djokovic are mostly due to a ton of matches when they were at their peaks and Federer was old (and the first half of Fedal h2h due to the majority of matches being played on clay). People who gave Fed flak for losing to them more often than not needed perspective and they got it.

It's always a big pleasure watching Federer play. We're very lucky he is still playing.

The “weak” grass era is loads stronger than the weak clay era, which humbalito has taken advantage of the past few years...

He has a chance because he is a servebot, and you can play from the back of the court even on grass.

Well, to Federer, clay is not important at this stage of his career. That’s obvious.

MILOS is a far superior servebot and he was dismantled by Fed last year.

That means that Zverev would have to beat Federer in the SF or F.

Let's talk when he beats someone of worth in a Slam first.

Well Novak is MIA regarding H2H against Fed when the tables turned. But this was just as predicted since 2017 and going strong.

At least not important enough to potentially ruin his chances at WO by the physical effort involved when playing on clay.

If the clay season was the last part of the year he would likely play, but right before grass season? Nuh uh

He is a much better player this year and he was injured at Rg, that's why he lost to Thiem so bad.

Federer could have entered every clay tournament and pulled out injured too. To be clear, I have no problem with Nadal withdrawing, but let's not pretend it's very different.

Yes the Zverev who couldn't beat a top 50 player in a Slam until recently and when he did he required 3 consecutive 5 set matches after which he was mauled by Thiem.

Have you see Raonics backhand? it ain't too pretty. No wonder he keeps getting injured, constantly trying to run round the backhand with his big slow frame.

    Zverevs backhand is gorgeous

"If Allah allows, and I'm sure he does, I'll switch my religion to Federerarism!" - One of my favorite lines from that whole video clip, lol. :D

If he reaches the Stuttgart final he will become #1 on Monday. ;)
