Miami Open -- points distribution

According to Wikipedia and the rulebook (since the Miami tournament has a 96S draw in the WTA) the points distribution should be as follows
1000 650 390 215 120 65 35 10

The first round is 128, where all players get 10 pts, right?
If I win R128, I will play the second round R64 and will get 35 points right?
R32 = 65 etc..

All right, so I don't understand why, say, Wozniacki has got only 10 points, by losing the second round vs Monica Puig.She lost second round (R64) vs Monica Puig and has got only 10 points, why?
Halep instead lost the third round and got only 65 points.

Thus, Halep got 65 points in round of 32 (10 --> 35 --> 65) and that's fine.
Why did Wozniacki get only 10 points?!
I always saw players getting 10 points and then suddenly after the next round, 65 points.
When does a player get 35 points?
On Wikipedia, actually in the table of points there is a * next to the number 35. Why?

If you have a bye in the first round and lose in the second round (your first match) you get less points. 10 sounds like the correct number.

If you have a bye but win the second round and beyond (Halep) then it's recorded the same way as it is for players who don't get a bye. In such cases the way they record it doesn't really matter.

Seems fair.

All right, so let's make a recap.

If I get a bye in the first round (R128) and will lose the second round (R64, but actually the first real match I play in) I will get the same points as if I had played the first round (R128), thus I'll get 10 points.

If I get a bye in the first round but will win the second round, I'll get 35 points, right?
If I do NOT get a bye and will win R128 and R32, will I nonetheless get 35 points?

Actually, in the stats I always saw only 10 points and 65 points. Never saw 35 points.

Yes to all but ATP awards 25 and 45 while WTA awards 35 and 65.
